In case you have used the online method of payment using CREDIT CARDS/ DEBIT CARDS, then the payment will be refunded by INSTAMOJO directly into your account.
Return Cancellation Policy
As the product is very specific and your cart would be prepared on your demand . Once, the goods get sold, they are non returnable & non exchangeable. The Exchange can happen only under one circumstances i.e. In case the goods received are different than the goods ordered.
The Orders can be cancelled or changes only within one hour of placing the Order. Once we have processed your order & shipped out, it is impossible to cancel or change the order.
We take best care at our end to pack the goods / products ordered nicely in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. But despite of our best attention & care, the goods might get damaged due to the carelessness of the Courier Agencies. In such case, the customer has to write back to us with 24 hours of the receipt, with the photographs/ pictures of the damage caused, we will do the needful after reviewing the same.

Usually it shall take 3-4 days TRANSIT TIME by the India Post / Courier Company with in India, sometimes the destination address is in far remote areas which can make the deliveries longer than the usual. Sometimes the delivery gets delayed due to bad weather. During Festival times, many holidays occur, it might take longer than the usual time of 8 days, say 12- 14 Days.

7) How will I know if you have received my payment or not ?
Once you have made the Online Payment, You will get a CONFIRMATION mail from the payment gateway INSTAMOJO. Secondly, you will also be receiving a mail from Www.akshaytholia.com stating that your payment has well been received.
8) What is INSTAMOJO ?
